Terms & Conditions

All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night basis and include GST of 15%. The customers Credit Card will be charged in full at time of booking.100% payment will be collected. Any outstanding charges at departure, must be settled directly with the Pukawa Villas in New Zealand Dollars. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate.

Fluctuations

This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. Rates do not apply to conferences, conventions or special events for which contracted rates and special terms and conditions are available on request.

Reservations

Payment will be taken in full at time of booking and Proof of ID will be required on arrival and presentation of credit card. Age: You must be 18yrs or over. All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by credit card details and the card will be debited the full amount at the time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A cancellation processing fee of $20.00 applies to this booking. To receive a refund of your booking, at least 48 hours notice is required. Less then 48 hours notice will result in no refund of the nights accommodation payment. This includes no shows and cancellation of nights after arrival.

Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers a no cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes permitted. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing. Refunds will only be made the to the credit card debited for the original transaction, minus the $20 processing fee.

Arrival and Departure Times

Check in time is 2pm – 8.00pm (Outside these times please contact us) Check out time is 10am Subject to the accommodation status on the day of departure, late check-out may be available, please check with the office should you require this facility. There may be a charge applied for a late check out.

Child Policy

Children 2 years of age and under are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult and using a port-a-cot. In circumstances where additional beds or bedding are required, the extra person rate will apply.

Force Majeure

Pukawa Villas NZ will not be in any breach of this agreement or in any way liable, if it is prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and other related services by reason of Act of God, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any Law of Government Restraint Order, Rule Regulations, Strikes, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the hotel.

Direct Bookings/Reservations by Email or Phone: Direct bookings/reservations with the hotel will be at the contracted rates in New Zealand (NZD) dollars and will be due for settlement upon departure by an approved method of payment (Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Union Card, Eftpos). The above terms and conditions as set out supersede all previous agreements, arrangements and contracts. Guests will be liable to pay for any theft, loss or damage caused by them or their associates during their stay. This will be charged directly to the guest credit card or taken from their bond.
